The domain of the lectorate is cultural heritage.

Marking and treating things as “heritage” raises practical, ethical and theoretical issues. Together with a diverse network of partners, the Cultural Heritage research groep investigates how professionals can contribute to a sustainable and inclusive society from these issues with constructive interventions. 

The research groep presents and publishes research results and contributes content to the educational programs of the Reinwardt Academy. Led by Hester Dibbits, a “knowledge circle” of teacher-researchers and external partners works on projects about socially committed heritage work.
