The domain of the lectorate is architecture.
The Architecture & Circular Thinking research group investigates the architectural possibilities of a new materials paradigm in a broad sense. In doing so, it focuses mainly on the architectural implications and less on a study of new or existing materials. The result of the research group is the capture in words and images of new architectural repertoire for a circular economy. This repertoire comes about by linking a circular strategy to a series of architectural briefs (exemplary or otherwise). Repertoire development is linked to three themes: material and process, circular building and social challenges.
